Know that anything with the LLC and its title is a rip off these are foreign investors combined with Bots that are stealing from the American people with the judicial system that allows them to do so. Llc are formed to prevent lawsuit Yes they know what they're doing is wrong if you have a legitimate business that does good business people generally aren't going to be trying to Sue you. LLC In reality or anything else nothing but a bunch of thieves

This is a follow up to my original posting which I have included. I still have not received any compensation from this fraudulent seller. Beware. Are things going on behind the curtain that they don't want you to know about?

This is my story regarding the unscrupulous and retaliatory tactics that K-Bid took against me.

I bid on and won 4 lots thru K-Bid Estate Sales on line auction that ended on 4-14-2021 in Maple Grove, MN. I picked up my winning lots and paid cash in full on Friday, April 16, 2021. When I arrived home later that afternoon and had a chance to inspect my lots I found out that one lot was missing. I called and talked to a Dawn Kvass and apparently she already knew about it. Looks like I’m the only one who’s had a good experience. I bought a piece of computer rack equipment and a microphone on two separate transactions…both were fine. In fact I was able to return the microphone because it used a bandwidth that the FCC doesn’t allow anymore. A quick google search will tell you you’re legally obligated to disclose that if you’re selling one…and they didn’t disclose (or likely even know) that. I explained my situation and I was able to return it without incident. I had to drive back to the location, obviously… but there was no problem.

If you know what you’re looking for, I’ve obtained good deals.
Overall…it’s an auction…there’s an inherent risk. By definition you’re buying something someone doesn’t want anymore…and you’re willing to pay more than anyone else who’s watching.

In summary, I would recommend K-Bid to a friend.

I was trying to bid on a item and was told my account was disabled. The auction was about to end so I was a bit panicked. It was after hours so I could not contact customer service. I decided to create a 2nd account and it was blocked as well.

I had aways been in good standing, all invoiced are paid on-time and never had even one issue.

The auction ended and the seller did not even know they lost money because I was prevented from bidding.

In summary, I would not recommend K-Bid to a friend.

I was pretty harsh on K-Bid my last review in 2018.... and I backed off using their site. I stand by what I said...and the company is all about greed and NO customer service AT ALL. Today I went to pick up 2 items that I won and ...much like I spoke of before.... they were late in showing up....20 minutes to be exact. All I can think about is how many have spoke out...been threatened and kicked off because they were late to pick up. What a joke of a company... If we screw up...its your problem...if I screw up...its my problem. Guess it might be a few more years before I see if they have changed.

In summary, I would not recommend K-Bid to a friend.

After bidding, paying, and retrieving merchandise, I was Accused of a no show a month later. Not only did I have a receipt from the warehouse but had all the merchandise in my garage becuz I picked everything up. Never did get my bidding privileges back. Merchandise was a good deal but being accused of something you didn't do is irritating. And not getting a response to my emails is called just being an asshole. Deleted account. Gonna make sure everybody knows what kind of creeps run this circus.

In summary, I would not recommend K-Bid to a friend.

Bought some food from K-bid, totaling $112 dollars. After not hearing from them for a week, I contacted them, they seemed uninterested in helping me. Waited another week, called again. Once again, they seemed to not care. Week #3 I said ship it or cancel it, so they shipped it. Next thing I know I have a charge for $478 for Shipping!!!!

A week later, the food arrived, thawed out, and expired by years for most stuff, in regards to the salami meat, it expired 6 years ago!! 6 Years!!!

I disputed the shipping charges, but they apparently paid that much to the shipper. I am currently working with the MN FDA to stop them from selling spoiled food for people to consume.

What kind of person would work at a business that does this to people? Why aren't they in PRISON?!?!? Hopefully MN will step up and put these crooks out of business before someone dies.

In summary, I would not recommend K-Bid to a friend.

My girlfriend ends up in the hospital and kbid wouldnt even work with me to keep my account active. they said I would have to give them 600$ just to keep it active. I spend a lot of money with them and they have no decent bones in there body. its covid I have proof!!!!! they still would not help!

I purchased, what I thought was a new scratch and dent refrigerator . Paid over 900.00, got it home and it didn’t freeze properly. Had a technician look at the refrigerator. The technician said the refrigerator wasn’t worth fixing. The problem was a leak in the wall which usually happens during manufacturing ( no damage to the back of the refrigerator). Whoever put this refrigerator on the auction cut the water line, removed the serial number very possibly knowing the issues with this refrigerator. Neither Kbid or the affiliate would assume any responsibility but rather, told me it likely happened when it was moved but, I hired professional movers. I have nothing good to say about Kbid!

In summary, I would not recommend K-Bid to a friend.
