I have attached the response from the Kbid president, I contacted the headquarters asking for assistance in obtaining a title from a Kbid affiliate who would not respond. THIS IS ONLY A PORTION OF CONVERSATION. Kbid headquarters has bad reviews from BBB

I bought a van at a Kbid auction in Lowry Mn a couple of weeks back. I live in Wisconsin and NEED THE TITLE.
I called the Kbid dealer and left a message, by chance on Thursday he is open from 1-7 I believe. I did not receive a response so this morning I called your office, the lady I spoke with kept interrupting me and would even let me get out a full sentence. I was trying to ask her to contact the Kbid seller and get my title sent to me, she kept saying they are separate affiliates you have to contact them, she kept talking over me.

I called the Kbid site in North Branch Mn where I had won a couple items Thursday night with Saturday pickup and spoke with the owner there and explained I would not pay for or pickup the items until the main office had someone contact me.

My response is as follows:

Allow me to put into writing what my staff has been trying to tell you since you started this abuse. By the way, I happened to be coming in from lunch when you were speaking on the phone to my employee on Friday and I could both hear her answer the same question multiple times and see her frustration in dealing with a person who thinks that the louder they are the more right they are. I would have ended the call long before she did.g

There are two issues:

1. The first issue is the title
The following is from our terms and conditions which you acknowledged and agreed to by obtaining a bidder number and by bidding:
K-BID's Role in Auctions Published on K-BID,com
K-BID’s role in the auctions listed on K-BID.com is limited to providing the venue for affiliate auctions. Affiliates are not employees, agents, representatives or partners of K-BID Online, Inc. K-BID’s knowledge about individual auctions and individual auction transactions is limited to the information appearing on the website. Questions and issues relating to a specific auction or transaction must be directed to the affiliate named as conducting and managing that particular auction. The auction specific terms, found below each auction item picture and description, lists the name and phone number of the individual authorized by the independent business to conduct and manage that specific auction on the auction company's behalf.
You have now by told by three of us. You want to keep raising an issue about the dealer you purchased from and you want to shift the blame to us. No matter how many times you raise the issue or rephrase the question, the response will be the same. We are not a party to the transaction. If you have an issue with the dealer from whom you purchased, you are within your rights to complain to the dealer’s unit and they can deal with the dealer that sold the vehicle. Further, my understanding is that you spoke to the dealer’s unit and they in turn spoke to the dealer who sold you the vehicle and that you should have title in hand prior to the expiration of the temp tag so I fail to see what the chest pounding and bloviating is going to accomplish. Especially when directed at my company or my staff. Again, your issue (and I am not even sure what it is) is with MN Auto Auctions, not us. In this situation MN Auto Auctions is my customer and you are MN Auto Auctions’ customer.

2. Your bidding number has been turned off
You brought that on yourself. You told us by voice and in writing that you were not going to pay for any other winning auctions until your issue with MN Auto Auctions is resolved. I don’t know from where you latched on to the idea that you were suddenly writing policy for K-BID, but as of this writing you are not on my payroll so you do not get to make up new rules for my company. The fact that you made the threat made you a risk if we were to allow you to keep bidding. This entire exchange shows that you have no respect for rules and that you are just fine bullying people to get your way. There is far more down side than upside to have you as bidder and due to you violating/disregarding site terms and conditions, your ability to bid will remain terminated.

You have seen fit to levy threat against my dealer’s license and/or legal action against my company. For that reason alone, I will no longer communicate with you. Do not send me an email, I will not respond. To not call me, I will not take your call; leave a voicemail, I will delete it. And if you choose to write anything negative about us, be very sure that every word you say can be backed with facts. Fact number one is that you bought the vehicle from MN Auto Auctions. The relationship in that transaction is beyond clear in our site terms. Any attempt to harm my company by posting false allegations anywhere will be met with all legal challenges and demands for restitution at my disposal.
Raymond Caruso

In summary, I would not recommend K-Bid to a friend.
